09/01/2023 - Online Pharmacy Update Regarding 1800-Petmeds:
While we encourage clients to take full advantage of the ease and convenience of online medication ordering, please note that due to the ongoing difficulties in dealing with 1-800-PetMeds, there will now be a $20 Administrative Fee collected in advance of our communicating with them. Their Customer Service routinely ties staff up for exceedingly long periods of time. Additionally, the multiple/repetitive calls from their company for the same RX requests are taking away from our staff being able to focus on Patient Care of those in our clinic.
We are happy to provide Rx coordination through other vendors such as Vetsource and Chewy at no charge as we always have. Should you have any questions regarding this policy please email the clinic directly; [email protected]
