- Additional fees apply if the animal is in heat, pregnant or has an undescended testicle. These fees are not included in the deposit. If the testicle is in the abdominal region we will not be able to perform the surgery.
- When you book the surgery appointment we will take the surgical fee. If you use a credit card to book there will a 4% fee. If you'd like to pay in cash we welcome you to come to the clinic in person. We can only take the surgical fee at time of booking.
- The deposit is not refundable unless you cancel your appointment 48 business hours in advance. You may only cancel via email.
- If you need to cancel please email us [email protected] 48 hours in advance.
- If the payment was in cash we will issue a check, credit cards will refunded back to the card. We will not carry credit balances.
- If you are bringing multiple cats they will need to each be in separate carriers. We will be unable to accept cats in the same carrier. We will not accept cardboard boxes, pillow cases, laundry baskets, etc. For safety we prefer plastic airline carriers.
- Pain medications and e-collars are available for purchase.
